The properties of imported tungsten steel plates

1. The purity of raw materials is over 99.95%, with very low impurity content, and the physical properties of the board are more stable;

2. The spray drying technology is adopted, and the materials are protected by high-purity nitrogen under fully sealed conditions, effectively reducing the possibility of oxygenation during the preparation of the mixture. The purity is better, and the materials are not easy to get dirty;

3. Uniform density of the board: It is pressed using a 300Mpa isostatic press to effectively prevent the occurrence of pressing defects, resulting in a more uniform density of the board blank;

4. The density of the board is excellent, and the strength and hardness indicators are both outstanding. The use of low-pressure sintering technology effectively eliminates the pores inside the board, making the quality more stable.

5. By adopting cryogenic treatment technology, the internal metallographic structure of the board is improved, and internal stress can be greatly eliminated, avoiding the occurrence of cracks in the board during cutting and forming process;

Scope of use of imported tungsten steel plates

1. Suitable for making cast iron rollers and high nickel chromium roller shaping knives;

2. Suitable for making discharge plates, stamping dies, convex dies, electronic progressive dies, and other stamping molds.
